These terms apply to your use of TheAi.Biz at https://theai.biz. TheAi.Biz is operated by AtoZBizHoldings, LLC. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
TheAi.Biz lets a business configure AI workers that carry out defined tasks on its behalf, within permissions the business sets. TheAi.Biz is currently in private alpha: features are limited, may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must have authority to act for the business you register.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide. You give us permission to store and process it in order to provide the service you have asked for. You are responsible for having the right to provide it.
AI output
AI workers produce output that can be wrong or incomplete. Output is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or acting on it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to interfere with the service or its security, or to attempt to reach another customer's data.
SMS Terms
- If you affirmatively opt in, you may receive transactional, service and customer-care SMS messages from TheAi.Biz.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
- Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or email support@theai.biz.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use TheAi.Biz.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw features during the private alpha.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AtoZBizHoldings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
