How TheAi.Biz collects, uses and protects your information.
TheAi.Biz is operated by AtoZBizHoldings, LLC. This policy describes what we collect when you use the TheAi.Biz website and service at https://theai.biz, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address and a password, which we store only as a cryptographic hash — we cannot read your password.
- Organization information. The business name, industry, size and goals you provide when setting up your organization.
- Content you provide. Files you upload, business knowledge you add, and instructions you give your AI workers.
- Mobile number. Only if you choose to provide it, for the SMS communications described below.
- Service records. Records of work your AI workers performed, actions taken on your behalf, and usage of the service.
- Technical information. Your browser's user agent and the country your request came from. We do not store your full IP address with your SMS consent record.
SMS communications
If you opt in, we may send you text messages relating to your inquiries, your account, the services you use, confirmations, customer support and important service updates.
- Your mobile number is used to provide the communications and services you asked for.
- We obtain your consent before sending SMS messages. Consent is given by affirmatively ticking a checkbox that is never pre-selected, and is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- You can reply HELP at any time for assistance.
SMS opt-in consent and mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used only to send you the messages described above.
When you opt in, we keep a record of your consent: your name, your mobile number, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you agreed on, your browser's user agent, the country of your request, and the date and time. We keep this record as evidence that consent was given.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: creating your account, running the AI workers you configure, and storing the results.
- To send transactional email such as address verification and password resets.
- To send SMS messages, if you have opted in.
- To keep the service secure and working, including rate limiting and bot protection.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.
How your information is processed
TheAi.Biz runs on Cloudflare's developer platform. Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and Cloudflare R2. Email is sent through Cloudflare's email service. AI processing uses Cloudflare Workers AI. Bot protection on our sign-in and opt-in forms uses Cloudflare Turnstile.
Where your AI workers process the content you provide, that content is sent to the AI model in order to produce the result you asked for.
Separation between customers
Each organization's data is separated at the database layer. Every request for business data is scoped to the organization of the signed-in session, and a record belonging to another organization is not returned.
Your choices
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us.
- You can stop using the service at any time.
Children
TheAi.Biz is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
